Flights terms
This booking is covered by our Confidence in Booking and Ease in Change program, allowing free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before travel for a full refund. Date changes are free, with any fare difference payable if applicable.
Hala Summer – hotel offers terms
This offer is valid for all hotel room categories, including suites and premium room types, unless otherwise specified.
Guests may cancel or amend their hotel reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations or changes made after this period may incur penalties. No retention or cancellation fees apply within the permitted window.
A maximum of two (2) children under the age of 12 years may stay free of charge when sharing a hotel room with their parents, subject to room occupancy limits. Accommodation shall be provided using existing bedding or complimentary rollaway beds or cots, where available.
A maximum of two (2) children under the age of 12 years may dine free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult at participating hotel-managed restaurants. This benefit applies to breakfast, lunch, and dinner only and excludes room service and minibar consumption.
Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are entitled to a minimum 25% discount on food and beverage consumption at selected hotel-managed dining outlets.
